ARIES (March 21-April 19): In one of her poems, Emily Dickinson tells us: “The pedigree of honey / Does not concern the bee; / A clover, at any time, for him / It is the aristocracy. I suggest you be like Dickinson’s bee in the weeks to come, my dear Aries. Take pleasure and power where it’s offered. Be receptive to almost any resource that meets your raw needs. Consider the possibility that the substitutes and substitutes will be as good as the supposed original. OKAY? Don’t be too picky about the purity or prestige of something.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20): A fan once asked composer Johann Sebastian Bach about his creative process. He was so prolific! How did he imagine such a constant flow of new music? Bach told his admirer that the tunes came to him spontaneously. When he woke up each morning, they were already announcing themselves in his head. Based on my analysis of astrological omens, Taurus, a comparable phenomenon could very well visit you in the coming weeks – not in the form of music, but in the form of hints and insights into your life and future. Your main job is to be receptive to them and make sure you remember them.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20): “I love unmade beds,” writes Gemini poet Shane Koyczan. “I love when people are drunk and cry and can only be honest. I love the way people look when they realize they’re in love. I love how people look when they first wake up and forget their surroundings. I love it when people close their eyes and drift somewhere in the clouds. In the days to come, Gemini, I encourage you to specialize in times like these: when you and the people you care about are candid, unsupervised, raw, vulnerable, and ready to go deeper. In my opinion, your soul is in need of the surprising healing that will come from these experiences.

CANCER (June 21-July 22): Pioneer psychologist CG Jung said his loneliness was not due to a lack of people around him. Rather, it was because he knew things that most people didn’t know and didn’t want to know. He had no opportunity to communicate many of the interesting truths that were important to him! But I guess that won’t be a problem for you in the coming months. According to my astrological analysis, you are more likely to be well listened to and understood than you have been for some time. For best results, ASK to be heard and understood. And think about how you might express yourself in a way that is interesting and useful to others.

LEO (July 23-August 22): The French government regularly awards the Legion of Honor prize to people deemed to have rendered exceptional service to the world. Most of the recipients deserve, but a few are decidedly unworthy. In the latter category are Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega and Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad, as well as drug-cheating athlete Lance Armstrong, sexual predator Harvey Weinstein and Nazi collaborator Marshal Pétain. I bring this to your attention, Leo, because the coming weeks will be a good time to reward those who have helped and supported you. But I also suggest that you ostensibly exclude those who have too many negatives mixed with their positives.

VIRGIN (August 23-September 22): In 2010, an American engineer named Edward Pimentel traveled to Moscow to participate in the World Karaoke Championship. He won by singing “DJ Got Us Falling in Love” by Usher. His price: a million balls, enough to last him twenty-seven years. I have a good feeling about the possibility for you, too, to collect a new prize, a benefit or a privilege soon. I just hope it’s a healthier godsend than the dumplings. For best results, take the time now to clearly define what kind of prize, benefit, or privilege you really want – and it will really help.

BALANCE (September 23-October 22): I will love if you soon find or create an opportunity to utter words similar to what novelist DH Lawrence wrote to a lover: “You seem to have knitted everything in one piece for me. Things are not separate; they are all in a symphony. In other words, Libra, I will be ecstatic if you feel such a synergistic fellowship with an empathetic ally that you both weave a larger and richer outlook on life than either of you could summon. by yourself. Astrological omens suggest this possibility is now more likely than usual.

SCORPIO (Oct 23-Nov 21): Sometimes people don’t like the provocative posts I post on Facebook. They leave comments like, “You stupid idiot!” or “I hope you kill yourself!” and much worse. When I delete their posts, they get even more enraged, accusing me of censorship. “So you don’t believe in free speech, jerk?” they are complaining. I’m not trying to reason with them. They don’t deserve my time or my energy. But if I communicated with them, I could say, “My Facebook page is my sanctuary, where I welcome cordial conversation. If you came to my house and called me an idiot, would it be “censorship” if I told you to leave? “I hope these thoughts inspire you to clarify and refine your own personal boundaries, Scorpio. Now is a good time to be specific and definitive about what is acceptable and unacceptable from the people you engage with.

SAGITTARIUS (November 22-December 21): Have you ever kissed a monster in your nighttime dreams? Have you won a chess match with a demon or signed a beneficial contract with a ghost or received a useful blessing from a pest? I highly recommend activities like those for the coming weeks, both while you are asleep and awake. Now is a good time to at least make peace with nurturing influences, and at best enter into a new relationship with them that serves you better. I challenge you to ask for a gift from an apparent opponent.

CAPRICORN (December 22-January 19): What does it mean to “follow the path with heart”? I invite you to meditate on this question. Here are my ideas. To follow the path with heart is to choose a destiny that appeals to your feelings as well as your ambitions, your ideas and your habits. Following a path with a heart means living a life that fosters your ability to give and receive love. Following the path with heart means honoring your deepest hunches rather than the expectations of others about you. Following the path with heart means never comparing your progress with that of someone else, but simply focusing on staying true to your soul’s code.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): “It’s a good thing when people are different from your images of them,” wrote Aquarius author Boris Pasternak. “It shows they’re not just a guy. If you can’t categorize them, it means that at least part of them is what a human should be. They have raised themselves above themselves, they have a grain of immortality. I love this prospect! I offer it to you because now is a good time to show that you are truly different from the images people have of you; that you transcend all stereotypes; that you are uncategorizable.

PISCES (February 19-March 20): You personally possess the most monumental creation in the universe: consciousness. That mercurial flash and glare swirling inside you is unbelievably spectacular. You can think of thoughts anytime – blazing, luminescent, or flaming thoughts or shriveled, rusty, and hollowing thoughts; thoughts that can invent or destroy, corrupt or redeem, bless or curse. There is more. You can revel and wallow in great oceans of emotions. Whether poignant or intoxicating or somewhere in between, you appreciate the fact that you can harbor so much intensity. You cherish the privilege of commanding such an extravagant life force. I bring these thoughts to your attention because now is the time for a vacation that I call Celebrate Your Best Gifts.
