Although this feature has been around for a few years now, it wasn’t until the other day that I actually used it. It turns out to be a quick and easy way to get the 411 on you and your friends’ astrological characteristics.

How to get an astrological profile and change signs on Snapchat

If you’ve ever entered your birthday into Snapchat, you might be surprised to find that you already have an astrology profile. If not, or if you want to change your date of birth (which can change your sign), here’s how:

1. Open Snapchat, then tap your Bitmoji in the top left corner.
2. In the top right corner, tap the settings icon.
3. Under My Account, tap Birthday.
4. Enter your date of birth. If you want to go even further, enter your time and place of birth in the My Astrological Birthday section.
5. Your astrological profile is complete.

How to view your astrological profile on Snapchat

So your birthday has already entered Snapchat. Now what? Here’s how to check your astrological profile at any time:

1. Open Snapchat, then tap your Bitmoji in the top left corner.
2. Next to your Snap Score is your star sign.
3. Tap your star sign, then enter your star profile.

How to delete your astrological profile on Snapchat

If you’re not interested in letting your Snapchat friends see and compare your astrology profile, it’s pretty easy to delete it.

1. Open Snapchat, then tap your Bitmoji in the top left corner.
2. In the top right corner, tap the settings icon.
3. Under My Account, tap Birthday.
4. Tap the “X” next to My Astrological Birthday to delete your profile.

How to Show Your Astrological Compatibility with a Friend on Snapchat

After scrolling through your astrological profile, you might be wondering how your zodiac information matches up with your friends’. If they have an astrological profile set up, you can see your compatibility. Here’s how:

1. Open Snapchat, then tap your Bitmoji in the top left corner.
2. Scroll down to Friends, then tap My friends.
3. Long-press the name of a friend you want to check your compatibility with, then tap View Friendship.
4. If they have an astrological profile, their astrological sign will appear. Tap it and click View Astrological Compatibility.
